Lara and her team, which includes Sarah and Becca, are all outstanding. She was VERY knowledgeable about the local market and showed us many comparables to educate us on her listing strategy, then we watched as the strategy played out almost exactly as she predicted. All of the vendors she recommended were good communicators and gave accurate time estimates for their arrivals.
